Seal Rescue Ireland will be delivering a talk to discuss Ireland’s native seals. We will be talking about their biology and ecology, the threats they face out in the wild and things we can do to help to protect them as well as the marine environment. As the only Seal Rescue Centre in the Republic of Ireland, we rescue seals from all over the country! As seals are Ireland’s apex predator, we need to learn how to protect them in order to maintain a healthy marine ecosystem for us all to enjoy!We will be bringing along lots of fun, educational materials and images of pups we currently have in our care down in Courtown, County Wexford. Please join us to learn more about the work we do and about these wonderful wild animals!
